Collection & Delivery
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR THE FIRST LAUNDRY COLLECTION?
Preparing for your first laundry collection is easy with Spring Professional Laundry Service. One of our dedicated team members will arrive at your chosen location and collect your laundry, providing you with a handy bag to put it in. All you need to do is have all of your laundry ready to go.
DO I GET TO KEEP THE BAG?
Of course! Use them for your next order. At Spring Professional Laundry Servicewe care about the environment and so we designed our branded bags to be perfect for transporting your laundry to and from our facilities.
A £10 fee will also be incurred if we arrive at the provided address but can’t reach anyone at the property, meaning we can’t collect or deliver. The agent will take a photo of the front door/building along with a screenshot of the call attempts made to you. These can be provided to you, upon request.
HOW DO I REQUEST A PICK UP?
Simply log on to our website springlaundry.co.uk. Follow the on-screen instructions under the booking section to schedule a pickup time.
HOW SHOULD I SORT MY LAUNDRY BEFORE COLLECTION?
Put clothes for wash and fold in one bag and for dry cleaning/shirts for wash and iron in another.
I MISSED MY SLOT! WHAT DO I DO?
We are happy to pick up your clothing at a more convenient time. Just book your pickup again using our website.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY CLEAN CLOTHES?
We understand that speed is of the upmost importance and we strive to return your order within a 24- 36 hour period. However, we can fit in with your schedule, if you are away or unable to receive your clean clothing, we can take as long as you wish.We’ll let you know if for any reason the items you have submitted require a longer cleaning process.
WHICH ITEMS CAN BE WASHED AND WHICH CAN BE DRY CLEANED?
Please read the care instructions on the clothing label inside the garment to be positive. A general rule of thumb is that dry cleaning is for synthetic materials and more refined items – e.g.suits, delicate dresses – and laundry is for natural materials – e.g.t – shirts, pants, socks.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY CARD DETAILS?
Just change your card details before each order. When reviewing the order just click the link “Use different card” before placing the order. We do not store any credit card details.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?
Minimum order quantity for free delivery is £20
WHY DO YOU PROCESS PAYMENT AFTER THE ORDER IS COMPLETE?
We believe that no one should pay for something before the service is complete. We do however pre authorise £20 as the minimum once an order is placed.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
You can pay by debit or credit card. Your online payments are securely handled through the payment service provider Stripe.
IS THERE A PICK-UP OR DELIVERY FEE?
No. Collection and delivery are free of charge, but your order is subject to a minimum value of £20
CAN I GET MY ORDER BACK BEFORE I’VE PAID?
No – we need to process your payment before your order can be delivered, just like any other online delivery service.
WHY DO WASHABLE WOMEN’S SHIRTS / BLOUSES COST MORE THAN MEN’S SHIRTS?
Industry standard pressing machines are designed for men’s shirts. Women’s shirts and blouses, which can differ in both size and design, can’t be pressed on these machines, so they must be pressed by hand, which is why they cost a bit more.
CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER WITH CASH OR CHEQUES?
Unfortunately we can’t take payment by cash or cheque at the moment. All our payments are processed online.
ARE MY CLOTHES INSURED WHILST IN YOUR CARE?
Your clothes are insured whilst being transported and they fall under the standard terms and conditions of our facility while being laundered.
ARE SPECIAL DETERGENTS AVAILABLE?
We offer unperfumed and hypoallergenic detergents – the driver picking up your clothes will ask you about any special requirements.
ARE THERE THINGS THAT YOU WILL NOT WASH?
Currently, we wash most items of clothing. If our laundry specialist discovers that it would not be sensible to wash a certain textile, we will contact you and agree on how to continue.
CAN YOU GET A STAIN OUT FOR ME?
We can definitely try! Stains are best treated immediately, so your garment has a better chance of recovery. Turn your garment inside out and run cold water over the stain. This will greatly help the affected area, and in return make the stain easier to remove.
HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY PERSONAL ITEMS OF LAUNDRY ARE IN SAFE HANDS?
The safety of personal items is in our hearts. Our Spring Professional Laundry Servicedrivers understand that and are hand selected professionals. If your personal items need to be washed a certain way, don’t worry – we’ll ask you for any special requests when we collect them.
HOW DO YOU KEEP MY CLOTHES TOGETHER?
At the washing facility we use a bag system to ensure your clothes stay together – don’t worry, we won’t get them mixed up.
MY CLOTHES NEED TO BE WASHED IN A SPECIFIC WAY - WHAT CAN YOU DO?
We know that your clothes are very personal items. Hence, our Driver will ask you about the way your laundry should be processed at each pickup.
WHAT DO I DO IF YOU RUIN MY CLOTHES?
In the unlikely event of this happening, please contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving your items. We’ll deal with these situations on a personal level.
WHERE DOES THE WASHING GO?
Your order is taken to our professional facilities, which are continuously tested and monitored to ensure a highest quality of service.
Account and Password Setting
HOW DO I SET UP A Spring Professional Laundry Service ACCOUNT?
An account can only be setup when placing your first order either through phone or webpage.
WHAT TO DO IF I FORGOT MY PASSWORD?
On the login / register page click the link ‘reset password’. Enter your email address and click the “Reset Password” button. An email will be sent to your registered email address with a unique link to reset your password.
I DID NOT RECEIVE THE RESET LINK. WHAT CAN I DO?
The email may have been cought by your spam filter. Please check if it exists there. If you still can’t find the reset password email, it may be that you entered an incorrect email address when you first registered.Just register again with your correct email address.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
1. From the home screen, tap on the washing machine icon in the top right to access your orders 2. Pick the order you’d like to reschedule, whether it’s at the collection stage or the delivery stage 3. Tap ‘edit’ next to the time/date and select a time that’s better suited 4. Scroll to the bottom and click ‘Amend Order’. Please note, rescheduling within 12 hours of your original timeslots will incur a £10 fee.

HOW CAN I GET Spring Professional Laundry Service IN MY BUILDING?
We currently only serve offices and apartment buildings in London, but if you live or work in London and you don’t yet have Spring Professional Laundry Service in your building, just send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org. Let us know your address, what kind of building you’re in, and whether the building has a front desk/concierge service, and we’ll look into setting up a service for you right away!
